No Refund on Custom or Cut Fabrics

We do not offer refunds or returns on most products, as cloth pieces are cut and prepared as per your specific requirements once an order is placed. These items cannot be restocked or resold.

Bulk Orders

For bulk or wholesale orders, we strongly recommend reaching out to us before placing your order to confirm fabric availability, color, texture, and other details. Once bulk fabric is cut, no cancellation or refund will be possible.

Defective or Wrong Product

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution — either a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Color & Fabric Disclaimer

Please note that color variation may occur due to lighting and screen differences. Such variations do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
